Meera Kaura Patel
Meet our Managing Partner
Meera Kaura Patel (Managing Partner, Head of Litigation Practice)
Meera is the Managing Partner of the firm and heads the firm’s Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Rights practice area. She is an Advocate-on Record,Supreme Court of India. She has earned her LL.M from University of Ottawa, Canada, LL.B. from University of Delhi, and is also currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence.
She is seasoned lawyer with an experience of 17+ years and has represented several high-profile clients / corporates in various civil, matrimonial and criminal matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and District Courts of Delhi.
Meera is enlisted as a panel advocate to represent the Union Government of India before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. She is also a legal consultant to Delhi Police and regularly provides legal advice to Criminal / Prosecution agencies.
Meera sits on the Internal Compliant Committee of various organization as an independent expert member. She has been featured as an expert in many TV interviews and also has authored several articles in reputed journals and publications to date.

Tejas Patel (Partner, Head of Corporate Practice)
Tejas a Partner of the firm. He is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, Registered Insolvency Professional, and Solicitor, England & Wales
He regularly represents clients before several courts and tribunals, in particular, Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, District Courts of Delhi and Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi. Tejas is enlisted as a panel advocate to represent the Union Government of India before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
He also specializes in corporate & commercial laws, insolvency laws, and regularly advises clients in the areas of law pertaining to merger and acquisitions (including, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, asset and business acquisitions), private equity, employment laws, companies law, foreign investment laws (including foreign direct investments, overseas direct investments) representing both investors and sellers / target companies.
He has extensive experience in undertaking comprehensive legal compliance audit, legal due diligences, property title search, drafting, vetting and negotiation of the transaction documents, agreements and contracts. Over a period of 16+ years, he has worked with top international and national law firms such as Clifford Chance LLP, BMR Legal and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
